They also expressed concerns about the safety of the employees. IT, pharma and other sector representatives held a meeting with ISTF at Genpact here on Thursday. They decided to explore the possibilities of setting up police outposts in the industrial areas. Infosys has volunteered to build the digital director application on a CSR basis and RSI Technologies would build the digital mapping application. Krishna Prasad suggested the companies to employ more security personnel, who will be given the status of special police officers for joint patrolling in sensitive areas. The companies have agreed to provide vehicles and logistics.
