Simplex Infra Q2 net declines marginally

Simplex Infrastructures profit during the second quarter fell marginally to Rs 27.92 crore from Rs 28.07 crore during the same quarter last year. - HDIL"s profit declines 44.07% - Coal, power, cement push infra by 4% - Suchirindia signs MoU with Kyrgyz Republic for land develoment - Era Infra bags two orders worth Rs 147cr - Smoother ride for commercial vehicles as economy recovers - Core sector expands by 7.1% in August The consolidated sales for the quarter is 5 per cent higher at Rs 1,053 crore, and operational profit is at Rs 113 crore. The order intake during the quarter is at Rs 1,523 crore comprising power plants 43 per cent, Industrial Plants 21 per cent, Buildings & Housing 21 per cent (entirely from foreign territories), among others.
